Dear Parents

Parents Chart.JPG

When was the last time you did something just for you? Do you even remember the last time you went to the bathroom by yourself? You are worthy of that boundary (and the toilet paper, too)!

Self-care is the ultimate real world skill. You can’t give what you don’t have. This chart includes a few strategies for investing in you. Taking deep breaths before you speak can keep you calm, and calm is contagious. Doing something just for you reminds you that you are human, and feeling human helps you act humanely.

What this chart does not show is asking for help and letting go. Asking for help is the ultimate act of courage. Letting go of what’s not working opens you up to what can. You can break old patterns. You can create new beginnings. You can step back. You can step up. I can help coach you through it.

Let’s connect to customize a virtual parent coaching package that meets your needs, that supports you so you can support your family, and that helps bring calm and confidence to your parenting.
